Project Coordinator, Poland

SIS LLC is an international company specializing in the implementation of IT solutions. We run the business for over 25 years and are represented in the United States, Canada, India, Ukraine, and Poland. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner and offer several unique solutions for the construction and services industries worldwide, helping them optimize business processes.

The branch in Poland, Poznan opened in 2022, and currently, we have almost 40 people working from our comfortable office in the Poznan city center.

We are currently looking for a full-time Project Coordinators to join our busy and growing team!

We have Intern, Junior, and Middle-level positions open.

What we are expecting from Project Coordinator:

• More than 2 years of experience with implementing ERP systems is a must (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, but it can be any other system) - for a Middle Project Coordinator.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in working with Azure DevOps.
• Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• A scrupulous person with an analytical mind and attentiveness to details.
• Self-organized and good at time management and planning.
• Responsible and result-oriented.

Project Coordinator`s responsibilities:

• Managing ERP implementation projects.
• Time and Scope management, tracking project plans, milestones.
• Budget management: planned vs. actual.
• Team management.
• Risk management.
• Stakeholder Management, preparing status reports on a weekly and monthly basis for customers.
• Participate in developing and implementing project strategies.
• Providing setup, support, and task tracking in Azure DevOps.
• Mentorship activities with Project Coordinators.
